Information for BDMA MEMBERS & ASSOCIATES

BDMA accredited members and associates will NOT be able to access their personal details, or login to the Members' Area of the site, if we do not hold a valid PERSONAL email address on our system.

 

WHAT DO WE MEAN BY A PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS? 

Your online account and personal details are identified by the email address you provide, so it cannot be an address that is used by more than one person in your organisation.

Enquiries@.... , info@.... , or similar generic email addresses CANNOT BE USED to set up your profile.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU HAVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS FOR ME?

The majority of member profiles have now been activated.  We apologise to those of you who were unable to activate their account at the first attempt. Unfortunately an error occurred during streaming of information which necessitated re-issuing your login details.

If you have not received your personal login and password information it probably means we DON'T have a valid email address for you and you will need to provide this so that we can set up your account.

 

HOW DO I PROVIDE THE INFORMATION NEEDED?

We have set up a personal information form you should use to ensure we have the details required to set up your account:

When the information has been verified we will set up your account and you will receive your login and password in the normal way.

 

WILL I BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE INFORMATION IN MY ACCOUNT?

You cannot change your User ID, which is linked to your membership number.  You will need to change your password at first login.

Once you have accessed your profile you will be able to update your contact details, address, etc., whenever you wish.  It will be important to keep this information up to date as the BDMA will use these details to contact you.

You will NOT be able to change any of the information relating to your BDMA membership, such as accreditation date, status, etc.  This information will be managed and updated by the BDMA.

 

ALL MEMBERS SHOULD NOTE: The discussion forums will not be activated until the profile activation is complete and we are satisfied the personal accounts are functioning correctly.
