ISS FACILITY SERVICES RESTORATION

Due to continued expansion and new business wins we are now seeking a number of exceptional individuals to fulfill the following roles: 
 
Project Manager (Midlands)

In addition to completing on site assessments, you will also be responsible for producing technical reports to include pricing/competitive tendering and the financial, quality and health and safety aspects of the projects. The role will also involve some client review meetings and presentations to new clients.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills are key to the role. Ideally you will possess some mechanical or electrical qualification or experience, together with IT literacy.

An excellent package, including a fully expensed car, will be provided to the successful candidate.
 

Electrical / Electro-Mechanical / Structural Technicians (London)

Workshop and site based, you will be required to undertake decontamination and restoration of electrical, electronic goods, machinery and structures affected by fire and flood.

Relevant qualifications or experience are essential, together with good organisational and communication skills.  There is also a requirement to work away from home and at weekends as the workload dictates.

We provide a 24 hour service and a flexible approach is required for these positions as some unsociable hours and participation in a call out rota will be necessary.  A full clean driving licence is essential as travel throughout the UK may be required.
