EXAMINATION INFORMATION
BDMA Examination dates for 2011 and 2012
PLEASE NOTE:
Examinations are held at BDMA Licensed Training Centres in most cases
Dates are published below to allow candidates to plan their training programme
PRIOR TO SITTING THE TECHNICIAN LEVEL 1 EXAMINATION
- Candidates must be able to prove they have worked in the industry for at least
12 months
- Candidates are required to have held Associate Membership for a minimum
of 3 months
- Candidates must own a copy of the BDMA Official Damage Management
Training & Reference Manual, registered in their name, and have accrued a
minimum of 10 CPD Hours/Points, under the BDMA's compulsory CPD scheme

Where examinations are over subscribed we make every effort to provide additional venues and dates but this cannot be guaranteed and technicians are advised to book as early as possible
Dates and venues are advised directly to members and advertised in RECOVERY Magazine
Examinations at Technician Level are open to all damage management technicians who have registered as Associate Members of the BDMA. Registered Associate technicians will automatically receive an examination registration form. Those wishing to apply to take the Senior Technician Examination must hold prior accreditation at Technician Level. (See full entry level criteria for relevant level of membership)
The BDMA Examination Syllabus can be downloaded from the website or ordered from BDMA Administration when applying for associate membership.
